The process of developing assesment
By LIC Yendrick Brown Chollette
Its important to know that assessment includes the phases of planning, development, administration, analysis, feedback, and reflection.
So when we speak about assessing it is necessary to know that it involves a whole.
The process are: first planning, second the specifications, this includes the formats, techniques, timings, and others. Third is preparing students for the assessment, and finally how do we apply that in a cycle.
What do we want to know?

| Importance of assesing |
- We want information about how our students are progressing.
- We want to know if the assesments are working for us.
- We want feedback about all aspects of our program.
- And finally taking a big step and correcting according to the students needs.
